During our limited-time flash sale, Exterior Christmas Lighting starts at $795 (was $850) for the Essential package (up to 130 linear feet of professional C9 roofline lighting) and $895 (was $995) for the Signature package (up to 165 linear feet). All prices are before applicable tax. Our packages never exceed $1,000, and we deliver more value than most Christmas light installers.

Package pricing includes up to the listed roofline allowance. Actual footage varies by home design, frontage, peaks, garages, and architecture.

Standard warm white or approved multicolor commercial LEDs are available.

A fully decorated customer-supplied tree is $299 each (was $350; your own tree, up to 7.5 ft). A Light Empires-supplied tree with delivery, setup, and takedown only — not decorated — is $600 each (was $699), with complimentary year-round storage. Prices are before tax.

Yes. January takedown and packing are included for all decorated tree packages.

During our limited-time flash sale, Prelude is $395 (was $495; up to 17 real pumpkins — 3 large orange, 3 medium orange, 3 white, 4 specialty heirloom, and 4 small pie pumpkins — for smaller porches and a single entryway). Twilight is $750 (was $850; up to 35 real pumpkins and gourds — 6 large orange, 5 medium orange, 6 white, 10 specialty heirloom, 5 small pie pumpkins, and 3 ornamental gourds — for wider porches, double-door entries, and adjoining steps). Custom Estates is a custom quote (a bespoke real-pumpkin arrangement with a dedicated consultation). Varieties and colors depend on availability, with comparable substitutions maintaining the total item count. Prices are before tax.

Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel within 7 days after paying a deposit or invoice. Please contact us before booking to discuss any cancellation questions.

You earn $50 per qualifying new customer you refer. Submit referrals through the Referral Rewards page before they book. The referred customer must be new, complete a qualifying service, and pay in full.

Duplicate referrals, self-referrals, existing leads or customers, cancelled jobs, unpaid jobs, and fraudulent submissions do not qualify.

All approved referral rewards earned during the 2026 season will be paid on January 1, 2027.

One $50 reward is issued per qualifying new customer, and rewards are verified by Light Empires. Professional participants, including real estate agents and property managers, must confirm that accepting a reward is permitted by their brokerage, employer, or company policies.
